1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 33bat platform and all its services. By creating an account on 33bat or starting to use the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

33bat may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, mobile number verification or other relevant documents. If the required information is not provided within the set timeframe, the account may be suspended.

• Any changes to the information provided at registration must be reported to 33bat immediately.
• Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to the support team right away.
• The mobile number and email address used for the account must remain active and accessible at all times.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

Opening an account and playing games on 33bat is only for persons aged 21 or above. At the time of registration, users must confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.

33bat takes the protection of minors from gaming very seriously. If evidence is found that a user is operating an account while under the age of 21, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4. Rules for Deposits and Withdrawals

33bat currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

33bat provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms and may be changed or cancelled at any time.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• If multiple accounts, a VPN or a proxy are used to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be closed.
• 33bat reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence it was claimed through misuse or manipulation.

5.3 VIP Program

The 33bat VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level includes weekly cashback. The criteria for advancing to a higher level is at the discretion of 33bat.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All users must follow fair and honest conduct while playing on the 33bat platform. Any form of fraud, manipulation or system exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final once confirmed by the system. If incorrect odds or amounts are displayed due to a technical error, 33bat reserves the right to void or correct that bet.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to control outcomes in collusion with other users.
• Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities. If such an opportunity is discovered, it must be reported to 33bat immediately.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy server.

6.3 Game Outcomes

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method and are completely impartial. 33bat is committed to the principle of Fair Play.
